OneSpace Architects, specializing in residential architecture, was recently approached by a client who had inherited a house in a great neighborhood but found the outdated layout did not meet their needs. The client was looking for a redesign that would modernize the space and make it more functional for their family.

To achieve this vision, OneSpace Architects undertook a complete redesign of the existing house, working within the existing foundation to create a modern farmhouse feel. The redesign focused on creating a tall ceiling living space with an open floor plan and a family space that overlooked the living area.

As a custom home contractor and builder, we worked closely with the client to ensure that their specific needs and preferences were incorporated into the design.
