To achieve this vision, OneSpace Architects designed a 3-story modern custom home that maximized the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The design centered around large glass windows and panoramic doors, which provided a stunning and unobstructed view of the ocean from virtually every room in the house.

To create an interesting front facade, OneSpace Architects used various materials and played with volume to create a dynamic and eye-catching design. The back of the house was designed with a large porch, balconies, and a terrace, providing ample opportunities for the family to enjoy the serene beauty of the ocean.
