Programming
During this step in the process, our team will work with you to research and define the scope of the project. This step helps us to understand your vision, criteria, requirements, and the overall framework of the project.
Schematic Design / 3D Visualization
After meeting with a client, our OneSpace architect will create beautiful schematic designs that capture the aesthetic look and feel the client is looking for. Then, with our state-of-the-art software technology, we can create comprehensive 3D visualizations that allow you to explore the drafted space.
Permit Drawings
Once a schematic design is chosen, the permit drawings can be created. These drawings provide the city, municipality, homeowners’ association, etc., that the planned construction will meet all safety, energy, and necessary requirements.
Construction Administration
Once we have designed and created the drawings for the project, we work with the construction team to ensure the desired vision is executed properly.
