Modern Waterfront Living: Custom Design by a Waterfront Home Architect

This client moved from California to Hampton Roads. They asked us to design a fun house that is also energy-efficient and modern. As an experienced waterfront home architect, we used ICF for efficiency and designed rock climbing inside the house to add to the fun. The design also facilitates beautiful views of Hampton River from several spaces within the house.
