TechArk

TechArk, an award-winning technology and marketing partner for hundreds of businesses in the Hampton Roads area, recently renovated its headquarters in Norfolk, VA. For this project, TechArk chose OneSpace Team as their architect and design partner. The goal was to take an old, dingy space and completely reimagine it as a modern, clean office layout that would reflect the company’s innovative spirit.

OneSpace Team launched its architectural services for renovations and got to work, starting with an open floor plan that allowed for multiple areas of collaboration throughout the office. Greeting visitors as they first enter the space is a bold and beautiful lit TechArk sign on the ceiling, immediately making an impact and establishing the brand. TechArk’s signature color, blue, is tastefully used throughout the space, tying the design together and reinforcing the brand’s identity.

One of the standout features of the new headquarters is the conference room, which can be split into two smaller conference rooms using a folding partition. This versatile space allows TechArk to accommodate various meeting needs, from large group presentations to smaller 1:1 discussions. Across from the conference room, a wall displays logos of numerous clients, showcasing the impact and reach of TechArk’s work.

TechArk recently celebrated its office reopening, and the team thoroughly enjoyed the new, wholly reimagined space. The modern design, open floor plan, and tasteful use of brand colors all work together to create a functional and inspiring environment.
