OneSpace Architects was approached by Solid Structures, a fast-growing outdoor contractor, who needed a new office building to showcase their products and store inventory. The team at OneSpace Architects worked closely with the client to design a two-story office building with a warehouse that met all their needs.

To ensure cost-effective and speedy construction, OneSpace Architects used a pre-engineered metal building system. Despite this, the team was still able to create a building that seamlessly integrated both residential and commercial feel, reflecting the nature of Solid Structures’ clients who serve residential customers. The exterior of the building was finished with modern finishes, creating a sleek and professional look.

One of the key features of the building was the length of the space, which gave OneSpace Architects the opportunity to design another warehouse building that could accommodate three tenants.

The beautiful front patio was designed to showcase the products that Solid Structures offered, creating an inviting and welcoming space for clients to visit. The backyard was also designed with functionality in mind, providing ample space for swimming pool inventory storage and other outdoor materials.
